An Annual meeting was held on Saturday, 5th August 2006 , at The Gym - Bethel New Life Inc., 4320 W. Madison St , Chicago , IL 60624 .

This meeting also marked another important milestone in TCA's history. TCA members elected its Second Executive Committee and Board of Directors. The following is a list of TCA's second term leaders:
